Books I Translated

The nine books I have translated, alone or with colleagues, carry the world’s frontline trauma and somatic psychotherapy literature to Korean readers. These translations, too, are part of the same question - handing Korean clinics a better language for understanding suffering. The list includes published and forthcoming Korean editions; each available cover links to its Kyobo Bookstore page, with a separate link to the original edition.

Public Health & Disaster Medicine Projects

Alongside published research, much of my public-hospital work has taken the form of manuals, programs, and clinical pathways built for people the system reaches last. These include a co-authored clinical manual of Korean Medicine for disaster trauma (2022), the National Medical Center’s postpartum health-care program, work on public-hospital clinical pathways, and, from July 2026, a study on Korean Medicine resources within the public healthcare system’s disaster response.
